Delivery Within New Zealand

Standard Delivery is FREE within NZ for orders over $150. Our standard delivery times are 2-3 working days (within the Auckland region) or 3-4 working days (outside of Auckland).

For large and heavy items/orders additional shipping costs may apply. If you're unsure, email hello@loomwares.com. Otherwise, an estimate will be emailed to you when your order is processed.

Goods shipped within NZ include all taxes and fees.

International Orders

Delivery to Australia is Free for Orders Over $250 - all options avail in the checkout.

We gladly offer express International Shipping Via DHL. For orders outside of New Zealand and Australia, the following shipping fees will apply on checking out.

Duties, taxes and any import fees for International orders are not prepaid by Loomwares. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will likely be due at the time of delivery or prior. Loomwares is not liable for these charges. If you are unsure please check with your local customs authority for info.

DHL Will be in touch if any tax or duty is payable prior to delivery and will process any regulatory requirements.

Returns

At Loomwares our brand philosophy means we aim to uphold high standards of quality and ensure that you love our products - we facilitate returns to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event you require to return or exchange your purchase please see our return policy below and let us know to expect your parcel. We do not offer change of mind returns. I this instance original shipping costs may be deducted from our return.

• Items Purchased online must be returned in 14  days of receipt.
• Items must be returned by tracked courier parcel mail at your cost.
• Full priced items will be refunded on return or exchanged as requested, provided they are in original condition and accompanied with their original packaging and receipt. 

Items must be returned at your cost by tracked courier mail to the address below. Should full priced goods be found to be faulty we will refund your return costs and replace.
