Returns
At Loomwares our brand philosophy means we aim to uphold high standards of quality and ensure that you enjoy your purchases - returns are avail to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Please get in touch to advise of any impending return and advise of your reason for return so we can best process your return on arrival back to our returns centre.
Change of mind returns are not accepted. Orders are not able to be cancelled once your payment has been processed. In the event you require to return or exchange your purchase please see our return policy below.
- Items Purchased online must be returned in 14 days of receipt in original condition, unworn and with all original packaging.
- Items must be returned by tracked courier parcel mail at your cost.
- Full priced items will be refunded on return or exchanged as requested, provided they are in original condition and accompanied with their original packaging and receipt.
- We do not offer change of mind returns - should this occur the original freight cost to you will be deducted from your return. Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been processed through the payment gateway, any consequential agreed refund would not include payment processing charges incurred by Loomwares.
Items must be returned at your cost by tracked courier or mail to the address below. Should full priced goods be found to be faulty we will refund your return costs and replace.

SALE Items and Special Discounted Items are non-refundable, these may be returned for exchange or store credit only, unless specifically stated. Original freight costs if applicable are not refundable.
