Returns

At Loomwares our brand philosophy means we aim to uphold high standards of quality and ensure that you love our products - we facilitate returns to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event you require to return or exchange your purchase please see our return policy below.

• Items Purchased online must be returned in 14 days of receipt or collection.
• Items must be returned by tracked courier parcel mail at your cost.
• Full  priced items will be refunded on return or exchanged as requested, provided they are in original condition and accompanied with their original packaging and receipt.

Items must be returned at your cost by tracked courier mail to the address below. Should full priced goods be found to be faulty we will refund your return costs and replace.
